TESL Rebranding: Customer Advisory
Direct ChassisLink, Inc. (DCLI) is pleased to announce that TESL, LLC is being rebranded as “DCLI Specialty Chassis” effective December 31, 2016. Please see the below for information regarding this change. For any general questions you may still have, please contact us at email@example.com.
Who will be invoicing me and who will I pay?
Effective December 31, 2016, DCLI will be invoicing for the specialty chassis fleet, and payments will be made to DCLI. Updated payment information will be reflected on invoices starting in January. There will continue to be separate invoices for DCLI Specialty Chassis.
Can I pay and/or dispute my invoices online?
At this time, online invoice payment and/or disputes are not available for DCLI Specialty Chassis.
Will I need to sign a new interchange agreement?
Any customer who is currently registered and has signed the TESL interchange agreement will not need to sign a new DCLI Specialty Chassis interchange agreement. However, any new customers will need to sign the new DCLI Specialty Chassis interchange agreement.
Will the website be changing?
During the first quarter of 2017, the TESL website (www.usetesl.com) will be retired and its content will be merged into the DCLI website (www.DCLI.com). Once this migration is complete, any customer who visits www.usetesl.com will automatically be redirected to www.DCLI.com. In the meantime, please continue to go to www.usetesl.com for all your specialty chassis needs.
Will my username and password stay the same?
Any customer who has an email address and password to log into www.usetesl.com today will use that same email address and password to log into www.DCLI.com. Customers will not need to re-register.
Can I still make reservations online?
The DCLI website will offer online reservations just as the TESL website does today. Note that reservations are only available for DCLI Specialty Chassis at this time.
Will I be able to view my activity on the DCLI website?
Once signed in, customers will be able to view their activity on the Activity tab on the DCLI website. Customers who are both regular DCLI customers as well as DCLI Specialty Chassis customers will be able to see all their activity in one place. This is a new feature for DCLI Specialty Chassis, providing improved visibility for customers.
